Established in 2017
Once a dream now a reality
My name is Eddy, also known as the Elephant Man. My wife’s name is Naruemol, together we have a sixteen-year-old son, Teerapat, and a five-year-old daughter, Sirapatsorn.
After almost 20 years as a guide and many years of beautiful work with elephants, my family and I fulfilled our dream and rescued two elephants, “Tomato” and “Papaya”. With this event, we founded the Elephant Sanctuary Care Park in 2017.
We look forward to your visit and sharing the love of elephants with you.

After the very hard time during the CORONA-19 pandemic where we didn’t know how to go on, as well as years of hard work, Elephant Sanctuary Care Park is proud to be the #1 activity in Chiang Mai on Tripadvisor in 2024 and 2025. We thank all our visitors as well as all friends of “Tomato”, “Papaya” and us!

Our vision is to bring people from all over the world closer to the life of elephants and thus bring them closer to nature. Maybe in the near future elephants can live freely everywhere without having to do hard work.
